After receiving my B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley, I joined the packaging group of National Semiconductor in Santa Clara in 2002 as a packaging engineer. Later, I attended graduate school in Materials Science and Engineering at UC Berkeley and obtained my M.S. in 2005, concentrating in the area of Molecular Beam Epitaxy of group-III nitride semiconductors. After that, I joined Professor Ali Javeys group and participated in several projects including nanoscale doping and heterogeous integration of nanomaterials for electronic and sensor applications. I expect to graduate in May 2009 and I am interested in positions in the fields of industrial consulting and research and development after graduation.
