Jaehyun Moon received a B.S. degree from Korea University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, in 1995, and a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 2003. From 2003 to 2004 he was a postdoctoral associate at Max-Planck Institute, Stuttgart, Germany. He joined the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) in 2004. His current research interests include flexible display, low temperature Si processes, functional nanomaterials and interface studies of materials. Currently at the Berkeley Sensor & Actuator Center (BSAC) at the University of California, Berkeley, Dr. Moon is working with Prof. Ali Javey to develop efficient nanostructures for energy applications.
