Rishi Kant is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) in the Department of Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley in 2002 and 2005 respectively. He completed his PhD degree under Prof Roger Howe from Stanford University in 2009. His PhD research focused on establishing silicon migration as a platform for micro- and nano-fabrication. Outside of academic research, he has established a company for commercializing software solutions that improve the R&D potential of ASML steppers and scanners. Home Page
