MEMS device design and fabrication technology;
MEMS/IC integration technology. Job Interests: Academic, Post-doc, Industry R&DBIOGRAPHY received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Tsinghua University, Beijing in 2003 and 2005 respectively in Precision Instrument. He received another M.S. degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2007 in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences. Since 2007, he is a Ph.D student in Department Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, the University of California at Berkeley, working with Prof. Clark Nguyen. His Ph.D thesis mainly focuses on micromechanical resonant switches (dubbed "resoswitch"), and the applications of this novel type of MEMS switches such as DC-DC power converters and power amplifiers. |
