BIOGRAPHY
Yuri Kusano is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, Davis, supervised by Prof. David A. Horsley. She received her B.Eng. degree in Applied Physics from Keio University, Japan, in 2015.

Large-Amplitude PZT PMUTs [BPN849]
Thin film lead zirconate titanate (PZT), which has high piezoelectric coefficient, has been widely used
as a piezoelectric material in MEMS devices. We design and characterize PZT PMUTs with a large
displacement amplitude for in air operation.
