Please email the Event Coordinator if you would like to attend, and join us at Municon.
BSAC (Berkeley Sensor & Actuator Center), largest of 46 National Science Foundation Industry/University Cooperative Research Centers and the only one dedicated to MEMS & NEMS, is opening this European Symposium to nonmember companies for the first time since 2004.
Fly-in/Fly-out: This one-day meeting supported also by Yole, is intended for technical R&D managers, researchers, and technology/business planners who utilize or envision MEMS/NEMS as important enablers of their technology paths. It is being held at the Kempinski Hotel within the Munich international airport to allow attendees a one day symposium without need for auto or hotel.
Topics will include recent BSAC research on nanosensing; sensors, materials and processes for harsh environments; breakthroughs in MEMS for RF (and beyond RF) and MEMS on CMOS; microfluidics and micro-optics; and a discussion by Yole of important technology-market factors.
Member Companies: The Symposium is free to personnel of BSAC member companies who pre-register on this site on or before May 23 (click on Member Registration link).
Nonmember companies are invited to attend by registering with Yole Developpement. You can review agenda and logistics on this site but please click on "Nonmember Registration" to the left to be taken to the Yole Developpement site.
