Abstract This project aims to demonstrate an RF filter with unprecedentedly small percent bandwidth and low loss, while still capable of handling powers suitable for transmit in wireless communications. this projects also investigates methods for reducing gap spacing to reduce impedance of capacitive resonators and methods for increasing quality factor of piezoelectric resonators.
