Analog Devices Process Design Information

Current Design Information

• To see the current designs, start cadence in the design directory:
~cadence/adi/adi600/designR1
-OR-
 
• Add the following line to your cds.lib file:

 
INCLUDE ~cadence/adi/adi600/designR1/cds.lib
The library manager will list:
• ADI600           -technology file, plus modules, and sample parts
• adi00_<username>    -design libraries for each designer

• Create a link to the display.drf file in order to see all of the layers defined for the adi tech file.
Either in your Cadence directory or your root directory execute the following command:

ln -s ~cadence/adi/adi600/designR1/display.drf display.drf
 

• If you are going to design in this process,
• Create a new library called:     adi00_<username>
• Save it in the directory:            ~cadence/adi/adi600/designR1
• Attach it to the tech library:     ADI600
• HSPICE models are available in:
~cadence/adi/adi600/hspice
• nmos.m, pmos.m are model files for Analog Artist simulations.

• Design rules, cross-sections and any other process info is located in:
   ~cadence/adi/adi600/info

Previous Design Information

INCLUDE ~cadence/adi/TPADI/designR1/cds.lib
The library manager will list:
• TPADI            -technology library
• TPADI_modules     -Links to all nine fabricated modules
• tp99_<username>   -Designers' libraries
• Create a link to the display.drf file in order to see all of the layers defined for the adi tech file.

Either in your Cadence directory or your root directory execute the following command:

ln -s ~cadence/adi/adi600/designR1/display.drf display.drf
