Sandia IMEMS Design Information

Current Design Information

• Add the following line to your cds.lib file:

 
INCLUDE ~cadence/sandia/imems98/cds.lib
The library manager will list:
• SANDIA98          -technology file, plus modules, and sample parts
• snl98_<username>    -design libraries for each designer

• HSPICE models are available in:
~cadence/sandia/imems98/hspice
• bsim3.inc is an HSPICE include file with NMOS and PMOS models.
• nmos.m, pmos.m are model files for Cadence+HSPICE simulations.
• test/test_param.inc has parameters for hand calculations
• Process overview and Design rules
